For a long time after she started dating footballer Russell Wilson, Future criticised their relationship and said she was taking the spotlight and attention away from him. He also criticised her mothering skill because she allowed her son, Future Jr., have a close relationship with her new partner. Last month, Future took his criticisms up a notch by putting her on blast on Twitter, called her a “controlling bitch”, and claimed he pays $15,000 per month for the welfare of their son, a claim Ciara refuted.

Ciara is done taking the shots he fires intermittently. Daily Mail reports that the singer is suing Future for libel and slander. She wants $15million in damages. In court documents obtained, she claimed that Future’s slander affected her career negatively, that he granted an interview to destroy her

reputation as a good mother, to diminish her brand and to impair her professional career in the entertainment industry.

She also wants to gag him on social media, plus he should get his slanderous tweets deleted.

To corroborate this claim, when Future dropped a new single, ‘Purple Rain’, his fans who now see Ciara in a bad light, flooded her posts with purple rain emojis and dragged her and new partner Russell Wilson on social media.

Future, who is currently worth $3.5m, has three other children with other women, but ever since he fell out with Ciara, she has remained his target on social media.
