Her lawyer, Mathew Rosengart recently filed legal documents stating he will be going forward with documents, physical evidence, and just Jamie’s testimony.

Mat added that Britney’s testimony would not be relevant to any legal proceeding, and he will not call her as a witness if the case goes to trial.
