A Magistrate court sitting on 31st January has ordered an injunction restraining Tonto Dikeh and Linda Ikeji from airing the much publicized Reality TV show ‘King Tonto ’ pending the hearing of the original motion.

The order restrains the show from being aired either through Television, the internet, blogs and any other form of dissemination.

This is following the move by Oladunni Churchill to protect his son’s face, likeness, image and name of his son King Andrea from being used and exploited for his mother’s selfish gains.

According to Churchill , the order is also to restrain his son from being unduly exposed by Tonto Dikeh at the little boy’s tender age.

Recall that this legal battle began when Churchill approached the court for a restraining order to stop the program from being aired stating reasons of trying to protect his son’s from his mother who is put to exploit him for his own gains.

Following this move, the actress and her producer had called Churchill ’s bluff by going ahead with the campaign for the show.

Linda Ikeji ’s copy of the injunction was reportedly pasted at her gate.
