“Don’t Get Married If You Are Financially Unstable” – Zicsaloma Warns Nigerian Men

Popular skitmaker Zicsaloma has said that a man must be financially stable before getting married. He recently advised Nigerian men on how to be a competent husband, and fans have been reacting.

In an Instagram post, Aloma revealed that, despite societal pressure, finances must be guaranteed for a man to get married and enjoy his marriage.

According to him, even though he is already financially stable at this point in his life, he still feels like he is not ready to build a home.

“I remember my mom calling me on my 34th birthday, asking when I would get married.

Even though I’m financially stable, I still feel I’m not ready because there’s a kind of life I want to give myself, children, and wife,” he wrote.

He recounted how a friend rushed into marriage thinking it would bring blessings, only for him to struggle financially and repeatedly beg around to take care of his family.

Zicsaloma concluded by advising young men, especially Gen Z, to develop a skill early in life as preparation for the financial responsibilities of marriage.

“He sent me an invitation that he wanted to get married, saying marriage brings blessings. Soon after, he told me his wife was pregnant.

I took on the responsibility, but at some point, I had to block him because he wasn’t ready to be responsible as a family man,” he added.
