Dumped? Olamide set to perform at a show Davido was originally billed for

Olamide is set to perform at the African Gala Awards (AGA) which takes place this Friday in Malaysia, alongside his label mate, Lil Kesh.

HKN boss Davido and comedian Buchi were originally billed to headline the award on Saturday, April 25th, 2015. It was noted that the duo left the shores of Nigeria on Thursday, April 23rd to Malaysia but couldn’t get to their destination, “Due to some unforeseen circumstances” according to the organizers of the show.

Davido took to his Instagram page to apologize to his fans, putting the blame on the ‘airline and protocol’ and the show was then postponed.

Yesterday evening, Olamide was spotted jetting out of Nigeria to Malaysia for the award, which he made known to his fans on IG.

The award proper will be anchored by Buchi, one of Nigeria’s super comedians and special dignitaries from: the Nigerian High Commission, Tanzania High Commission, Guinea Embassy, South African Embassy and more will be in attendance.
