Miley Cyrus was in the mood for sushi, and forgiveness – she and Patrick Schwarzenegger went out together for the first time since he sucked body shots off a chick on spring break.

Patrick and Miley hit up Kiwami in Studio City, CA – not far from her house on Monday night. ET got a shot of them inside … and all signs point to Patrick getting a pass for his Cabo fiesta with his ex-GF and his BFF’s GF.

According to ET’s sources in the restaurant, they were very romantic – kissing, holding hands, and laughing … probably NOT about his Mexico shenanigans, but looks like she’s over it. Sooo … wedding still on?
