Ex BBNaija housemate, Cee-C, has come out to say that she has been having negative thoughts lately.

Cee C used the opportunity to tell Nigerians that we all have to take charge of our negative thoughts very early, else, it can derail our lives.

According to her, affirmations, cognitive delusion, self-compassion, and prayers have been helping her during this period and this has made her understand things better.

She added that if we do not set the tone for the day, negative thoughts will set them for us.
