Gboyega Soyannwo’s Death Is A Very Sad Reality – Gbenga Omotosho

The Deputy Chief of Staff to the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Mr Gboyega Soyannwo is dead.

The state Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotosho recently had his say via a press statement, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, the death has caused deep sorrow within the Lagos State Government, and the state can only send its condolences to the Soyannwo family.

He added that Mr Gboyega Soyannwo died at the young age of 55, after a brief illness.

His words, “With deep sorrow, the Lagos State Government announces the passing of the Deputy Chief of Staff to Mr Governor, Mr Gboyega Soyannwo.

Soyannwo died today after a brief illness. He was 55.

Mr. Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on behalf of the Government and people of Lagos, sends his condolences to the Soyannwo family.”
