Is Di’Ja the first artiste on Jay Z’s talent hunt list?

Yesterday, April 26, 2015, Jay Z sent his cousin, Briant Biggs to Nigeria to discover new talents for Tidal.

Briant is currently in Nigeria and he’s at Mavin Records HQ in Lagos.

The first artist Biggs will be discovering is Di’ja.
