After Lamar Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, he was said to have overdosed on herbal Viagra and insider reports from the brothel claimed that he had done cocaine days before he was found unconscious.

TMZ later confirmed that the Nevada County Sheriff Sharon Werhly had drawn his blood and would be running drug tests on him and if found positive, it was �distinctly possible” that he would be prosecuted.

Now, TMZ has just confirmed moments ago that Lamar Odom’s blood tests results are out and that the former NBA player tests positive for cocaine and now may be facing prosecution, as the Sheriff’s department had earlier said.

Meanwhile, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar reportedly called off their divorce on grounds that after his recovery, he would never slip again.
