LIL WAYNE Out Of ICU Upgraded To Stable Condition

Lil Wayne

Good news for Lil Wayne as the rapper has finally been moved out of the Intensive Care Unit at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles after doctors determined his condition has stabilized.

Sources close to the rapper say ‘Wayne has been moved into a “regular room” at the hospital and no longer needs intense, round-the-clock treatment after a suspected codeine overdose last week’.

Wayne’s stomach was pumped at least 3 times after the rapper began experiencing severe and violent seizures. He had been in the ICU since Wednesday but now, accompanied by a team of bodyguards, the 30-year-old has been walking around the hospital floor on his own.
Also, he’s eating on his own and could even be discharged from the hospital in the near future.

Also he is getting plenty of support and also a few superstar visits while he continues to recover from a series of seizures that had the rap star rushed into the hospital, reportedly in “critical condition”, on Friday evening.

On Saturday (March 16), Cash Money CEO Birdman was spotted outside of Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles beside a black Cadillac Escalade SUV. It was also reported that Weezy received visits from hip-hop heavyweight Drake, Nicki Minaj (who brought a plethora of get-well balloons), and NBA star Chris Paul yesterday, all of whom were both separately photographed leaving the hospital.

On Friday evening, It was reported that the rapper was “being prepared for his last rites” after suffering from seizures caused by high amounts of codeine in his system. The severity of Wayne’s condition was immediately refuted by members of his Young Money camp, including Mack Maine shot back at the website for trying to “kill a man before his time”.

Representatives for the rapper confirmed to Billboard that Wayne was recovering. A tweet sent out from Wayne’s account shortly after read: “I’m good everybody. Thx for the prayers and love”.

Also, he gets a series of supportive tweets from rappers T.I., Snoop Dogg and Jay Electronica followed throughout the evening.
