Kris stepped out last night in Paris, braless, in a mini monochrome dress that fashions a dangerously plunging neckline, complete with a mid-length coat.

She put on her full cleavage in display, which seemed impressive for a 59-year-old woman, until she leaned a bit forward and the secret to the perfect outlook was revealed: she had cellotaped the neckline of her dress against her breasts, to stop everything from spilling out.
