Popular Relationship therapist Blessing CEO has come out to explain why several people struggle to experience love.

She recently blamed it on past trauma and negative conditioning, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to her, because a lot of people have reached that damaged state, they constantly find it hard to believe something beautiful can happen to them, so whenever they experience anything good, it becomes too good to be true.

Blessing added that being damaged is not even an insult like many perceive it to be, emphasising that it is simply a result of unprocessed pain.

Her words, “A lot of you are damaged. When you’re damaged, everything beautiful becomes too good to be true.

The reason why you’re damaged is because you do not take the lessons out of the experience. Once you take out the lessons, you become peaceful.

Love is beautiful. The only problem is, you don’t believe you deserve it. But you do.”
