Femi Gbajabiamila has come out to say that Nigeria’s Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo is one of the most honest Nigerians he has ever met.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, hailed the APC man as he celebrates his 63rd birthday on Sunday, March 8, 2020.

According to him, Osinbajo is a courageous and patriotic Nigerian whose services to the country would always be remembered.

He added that he is the epitome of humility, sagacity, courage, forthrightness, sincerity and patriotism.

His words, “Our Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, who is marking his 63rd birthday today, is someone very dependable in all ramifications,” Gbajabiamila said on Saturday, March 7, 2020.

“Apart from being a reliable human being, the VP is one of the most honest people I have come across in my life. I make bold to say that the VP has qualities worthy of emulation by other Nigerians.

“On his 63rd birthday, I wish Vice President Prof Yemi Osinbajo continuous good health and God’s protection.”

Yemi Osinbajo SAN, GCON was born into the family of Opeoluwa Osinbajo on 8 March 1957, Creek Hospital, Lagos. Osinbajo is married to Dolapo (née Soyode) Osinbajo, a granddaughter of Obafemi Awolowo. They have three children – two daughters, Damilola, Kanyinsola and a son, Fiyinfoluwa Osinbajo.

In October 2019, Osinbajo criticized the government’s proposed social media regulations, stating he did “not think that government. regulation is necessarily the way to go.” Instead, he asked citizens to take more active steps to police social media. He stated that citizens and leaders, both political and religious, “owe a responsibility to our society and to everyone else, to ensure that we don’t allow it to become an instrument” of war. He also warned people against using social media to spread “religious disinformation”, which could lead to conflict and war.
