Nollywood star, Tonto Dikeh has said if any relative is disrespecting your parent, it is always best to avoid them.

She had her say on Instagram recently where she wrote that if they cannot respect the people you hold in high regard, they will never respect you too.

According to her, anyone who detests should not be allowed anywhere close to your children because that would be exposing your kids to danger since the heart of man is extremely wicked.

He added that every parent should shield his or her child from the wicked ones.

Her words, “Avoid relatives that hate your mom, and disrespect her. The truth is that if they can’t respect your own mother who you hold in high regard, their regard for you is superficial and fake. Anyone who vehemently dislikes you shouldn’t be anywhere close to your children. This life is deep and the heart of men is malignant.

“How do you know they mean your child well when they dislike you? How do you know they mean you well when they loathe the womb that bore you? Be vigilant; when they can’t get you, someone close to you becomes the next target. So, shield your children from people that mean you no good.”

Tonto Charity Dikeh (born 9 June 1985) is a Nigerian actress, singer, songwriter and humanitarian.

Dikeh was born into a family of seven and is the third of five children. Her family is from Obio-Akpor, a LGA in Rivers State, and is of Ikwerre descent. At age 3, she lost her mother and was raised by her step-mother, who has two children. Dikeh studied petrochemical engineering at the Rivers State University of Science and Technology. Her traditional marriage to Oladunni Churchill was held in August 2015. In February 2016, Dikeh gave birth to her son Andre Omodayo Churchill, whom she nicknamed Baby X. However since then the couple has gone different ways.

On May 23, 2019, Tonto Dikeh signed a USD $5000 deal with Zikel Cosmetics setting on the map for being the first Nigerian celebrity to be paid such amount for being an ambassador of a makeup brand in Africa.
