Patnership With Türkiye Will Aid Shared Prosperity – Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu has said that Nigeria and Türkiye have agreed to fast-track cooperation in trade, energy and defence. He recently had his say via his official X handle during his ongoing state visit to Ankara, Türkiye.

According to him, discussions with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan focused on deepening bilateral relations and delivering tangible economic benefits for citizens of both countries.

Tinubu added that the cooperation between both nations will help boost jobs, investment and shared prosperity.

His words, “President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and I reaffirmed our shared ambition, which speaks directly to jobs, investment and opportunity for our people.

We are creating a clear pathway to a five-billion-dollar trade volume between Nigeria and Türkiye.”
