Phyno released the remix of my Alcohol Jam without my consent – RYDDA

RYDDA, one of the fast growing southeast rising artiste has called PHYNO out for copying his song titled ‘ALCOHOL‘.

The Alcohol jam was dropped January 2016 and now Phyno comes with look alike Jam titled ‘E Sure For Me‘.

Rydda took to his facebook this morning and made some statement.

So I dropped a single ‘ALCOHOL‘ on 6th January , 2016. I and my team organized a radio tour around the Southeast for the song.
The song was accepted by the fans thereby making the tour a success.

Yesterday July 7th, 2016 big bro Phyno dropped ‘E SURE FOR ME’. I didn’t download on time cos I was offline. During the late evening, I got calls from OAPS, Promoters, DJs and fans that Ezege dropped a remix to my song ‘ALCOHOL’. Coming online I got pings on bbm, direct messages on facebook and instagram, broadcasts too, saying same thing. I had to download the song to see for myself. The song’s instrumental and intro was just the same as I did in ALCOHOL.

Even though I feel bad that my intellectual property has been tampered with, who am I to do or say anything about it?
