President Tinubu’s Reforms Will Yield Results Steadily, It Won’t Happen Overnight – Buhari

Former President Muhammadu Buhari has come out to tell President Tinubu not to allow his key economic reforms to be derailed by domestic politics.

He recently had his say via a press statement by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, reforms would always achieve success gradually, not overnight, and fighting against poverty and inflation cannot be the responsibility of the government alone.

He added that President Tinubu deserves praise for his mid-term achievements thus far, and he can only urge citizens to manage their expectations from the government.

His words, “Muhammadu Buhari called for steadfast support for the APC government as it marks its second year in office, explaining that reforms would achieve success gradually, not overnight.

I am wishing President Tinubu heartfelt congratulations on his two years in office. May you keep leading with wisdom and care.
