Media personality, Latasha Ngwube has come out to react after Toolz asked for stiffer punishments for those who falsely accuse others of rape.

Despite agreeing that false rape accusation is condemnable because it destroys life, she wrote that cases of false rape accusations do not actually compare to the many cases of victims who speak up yet do not get justice.

According to her, calling for tough punishments on women who allegedly falsely accuse men is simply opening a door that will eventually do more harm than good.

She added that the odds are already not in the favor of the abused survivors, so worse punishments will only let clever rapists take advantage.

Her words, “The odds are already not in the favor of the abused survivors.

“A clever rapist can simply take advantage of the loopholes.”
