Popular Nigerian disc jockey, DJ Big N, has come out to warn aspiring DJs across the country.

He recently warned newcomers who are entering the DJ scene without being passionate about the job to reconsider their decision.

According to him, a lot of depth is required to excel in the business, so any upcoming DJ trying to delve into the business without both qualities is wasting his or her time.

He further warned that the music-playing business is not an escape route, so newcomers should avoid the industry if they do not have a deep love for music.

His words, “Everybody now wants to be a DJ. It’s not an escape route, it’s not a plan B. If you don’t have deep love for music, you will be a flash in the pan.
