Popular singer Small Doctor has come out to speak against the increasing habit of substance abuse among Nigerian youths.

He recently had his say via his social media page, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, he was walking through his neighbourhood recently, and he can only describe what he saw as disturbing, because a lot of young citizens were busy engaging in drug use.

He added that the present trend is very troubling for him because it is obvious that the drug users are walking down a dangerous path.
