President Bola Tinubu has declared open the 15th Biennial Police Games, BIPOGA 2026, being hosted by Delta State. He recently declared the games open at Asaba, the state capital, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to Tinubu, the event serves as a strategic platform for building a professional, disciplined and performance-driven Police Force.

BAT added that security remains the bedrock of Nigeria’s economic growth, social stability and national confidence.

His words, “Service is not defined merely by authority or uniform, but by character, competence and conduct.

A physically fit, mentally resilient and morally grounded Police Force is indispensable to national security.”
