VDM Must Issue A Public Apology For His Defamatory Statements – Mercy Chinwo

Popular Gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo has come out to file a lawsuit against VeryDarkMan.

This is coming after the controversial content creator accused Chinwo of diverting funds from shows without paying her former record label, owned by Eezee Tee.

Reacting with a lawsuit filed by her legal rep, Pelumi Olajengbesi, Mercy Chinwo issued an order mandating VDM to delete, retract, and issue a public apology regarding the allegedly false and defamatory statements made against her.

The singer’s team also attached documents as proof showing the court that VDM’s allegations are unsubstantiated, including emails, payment receipts and so on.
