Votes Must Be Counted Correctly In 2027 – Obidient Movement

The National Coordinator of the Obidient Movement Worldwide, Dr Yunusa Tanko, has issued a rallying call to supporters in Akwa Ibom State. He recently urged them to organize and channel their energies into the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as the political vehicle for victory in the 2027 general elections.

Emphasizing the need to prevent a repeat of alleged irregularities from the 2023 polls, Tanko warned that votes must be counted correctly, or those responsible will face the consequences of their actions.

He concluded by urging supporters of Peter Obi to transition from passion to structured action.

His words, “My dear brothers and sisters of the Obidient Movement in Akwa Ibom State, I bring you warm greetings and unwavering hope.

From the creeks to the cities, from every village square to every university campus, from every market and professional circle—the time has come to arise in your numbers. The time has come to move from passion to structure, from structure to strategy, and from strategy to victory.

As we consolidate our political strength, we must strategically channel our collective energy into the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as our vehicle for transformation and victory in 2027. This is not just a political alignment—it is a strategic movement toward winning power to serve the people.

Let no one sit on the sidelines. Let no one say, ‘My voice does not matter.’ When we move together, we are unstoppable. When we organize, we win. When we vote, we transform nations.
