Hollywood actor Mark Wahlberg has said that the high-protein breakfast he eats every morning includes two different egg dishes. He recently had his say via a clip he shared online, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, whenever he succumbs to the temptation of sleeping in and skipping his 4 a.m. workouts, his body pays the ultimate price.

Wahlberg added that he never wants to live his life with regret, so he constantly focuses on putting in the work.

His words, “I eat the same breakfast every day but I feel better every day!!

I feel it more often than you think. I’m like, ‘Okay, I’m awake, I’m alive.’ We’re a go right after that. So I just go and I do the work.

I don’t want to miss something because if, God forbid, I kind of cut corners, don’t show up, don’t put the work in and I don’t get the results that I want, I know why. I don’t want to live with that regret.

I always feel better after, and I just go and get it in.”
