Cynthia Morgan’s Pride And Attitude Killed Her Career – Joy Tongo

After popular singer, Cynthia Morgan blamed Jude Okoye for her exit from the entertainment scene, her ex-manager, Joy Tongo has come out to react.

Joy simply said the singer and rapper killed her own career with her hands and is just trying to look for pity now.

According to Tongo, Cynthia Morgan ruined her musical journey with her pride and nasty attitude, so everything she is saying nowadays is just to get public sympathy.

She added that record labels are no charity organization and the artistes themselves are their downfall most times but will always fail to admit it.

Her words, “Record Label /Management are not a charity organization . As Cynthia Morgan’s former manager from 2011-2016 who have never spoken out , I can boldly say No one killed your career . Your Pride and your nasty attitude was your downfall. You used your own hands and mouth to kill your once bubbling career. Since you can’t own up to your downfall of your music career and you are now trying to get people to have sympathy for you after 4 years, let me remind you shortly.”

Cynthia Ikponmwenosa Morgan (born 23 September 1991), popularly known by her previous stage name Cynthia Morgan, now Madrina, is a Nigerian born songwriter and singer.

Her music is a fusion of pop, hip hop, dancehall and rap. She shot into limelight following the release of two singles titled “Don’t Break My Heart” and “Lead Me On”, which received massive airplay and positive reviews from critics.

Cynthia made her acting debut in a 2016 Nollywood movie “The Wrong Number” Directed by Saint Joseph ovensehi, and Ay’s comedy movie A trip to Jamaica. Cynthia Morgan was born in Benin City, Edo State where she completed her basic formal education. At the age of 3, she was already a backup singer for her mother’s musical band.

Co-artiste and former co-signee to Cynthia’s previous record label, Northside Entertainment Inc, Peter Okoye, previously known as “Peter PSquare”, now “Mr P”, also took to Twitter to attest to the ill treatment of Cynthia, stating that he had offered her a contract which she refused, due to the influence of her former label. He also went further to explain that in due time, the truth about Jude Engees Okoye and his record label would come to light.
