Investors And Tourists Will Now Get Visas Within 48 Hours – FG

The Federal Executive Council chaired by President Bola Tinubu has approved the establishment of a tripartite committee to streamline visa processes and acquisition for investors interested in investing in Nigeria.

The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris recently revealed this to the press, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, it is not good for our visa process to be cumbersome because investors and tourists looking to do business in our country should be able to find it easy.

He added that moving forward, such people will be able to acquire a visa within 48 hours of applying.

His words, “Our visa processes are becoming cumbersome…The ease of doing business is also tied to our visa processes.

Going forward, those investors, tourists would find it easy to acquire a visa within the next 48 hours.”
