APC Announces New North-West Executives

The All Progressives Congress has announced its North-West zonal executives. Mr Garba Babawo of Kaduna State recently emerged as chairman of the zone, and Nigerians have been reacting.

Describing the congress as a powerful affirmation of the APC’s identity as a truly democratic and grassroots-driven political party, the APC stated the appointments are aimed at strengthening the party’s structure in the North-West.

Hadiza Alhaji of Sokoto State was named zonal woman leader, while Abdulhamid Moh’d of Kano State was reappointed as zonal youth leader.

Other appointments include Salisu Tsafe of Zamfara State as organising secretary, Mailafiya Mada of Zamfara State as publicity secretary, and Bashir Hussaini of Jigawa State as legal adviser.
