Actress Dayo Amusa has issued a stern warning to her colleague Lizzy Anjorin after their long-standing tensions resurfaced, this time involving her young son. What started as a joyful birthday celebration quickly spiralled into a fiery exchange filled with accusations and emotional outbursts.
The conflict began shortly after Amusa threw a lavish first birthday party for her child. A video from the event — featuring Nollywood stars Iyabo Ojo and Mercy Aigbe — went viral, prompting speculation that the live band had subtly taken a swipe at Lizzy Anjorin through their performance.
Lizzy responded with an explosive Instagram Live session, hurling insults at Dayo and Iyabo while accusing them of deliberately mocking her. She further escalated the issue by invoking curses and insisting the band’s lyrics were intentionally directed at her.
In reaction, Dayo Amusa released a strongly worded voice note on TikTok, expressing her anger over her child being dragged into the controversy. She accused Lizzy of repeatedly stirring up drama and stressed that she no longer wished to be associated with her due to her “pattern of public conflicts.”
Amusa recounted:
“I do not want to have issues with you. We are both parallel lines that can never meet. We are not friends. You called me out after I delivered my baby. You also said you wanted to visit the baby and me, but I declined honourably because of your fracas stuff.”
Issuing an even firmer warning, she added:
“Let this be the last time in your entire life that you will ever mention my baby’s name in your video. I do not joke with my child. If you try it again, my reaction will be outside social media, and you will not like it.”
She concluded with a no-nonsense caution:
“Stay on your lane and respect yourself. Don’t use my child for your video shenanigans. If not, people will feel pity for you by the time I am done with you. I do not ever want to have anything to do with you.”
The feud continues to dominate social media conversations, drawing reactions from fans and fellow Nollywood followers.
