DJ Xclusive Criticizes Nigerian Police Over Selective Stop-and-Search Practices

British-Nigerian DJ, Rotimi Alakija, popularly known as DJ Xclusive, has taken aim at the Nigerian Police Force, alleging that some officers only target individuals driving expensive vehicles during stop-and-search operations.

Sharing his thoughts on Instagram, DJ Xclusive argued that this selective approach makes it easier for criminals to evade law enforcement by using ordinary-looking cars.

“Nigerian police only stop flashy cars for stop and search… Making it easy for thieves to rob, because all they gotta do is use cars that ain’t that flashy,” he wrote.
