Elon Musk Should Forget About Buying Wikipedia – Jimmy Wales

Wikipedia founder, Jimmy Wales has come out to say that the website is not for sale.

This is coming after Elon Musk offered $1B if they agree to change the brand’s name to Dic*ipedia.

According to Musk, Jimmy has been showing his non-trivial left-wing bias in recent months, and he intends to part with a billion dollars just to see the platform’s name change.

Jimmy, however, added that Wikipedia is one of the first spaces online where one could learn things for free, so the platform wouldn’t be losing that value.

His words, “I will give them a billion dollars if they change their name to D–kipedia.”

Reacting, Wales said, “Wikipedia: not beholden to anyone but you’ or ‘Wikipedia is not for sale.’
