Popular gay rights activist, Bisi Alimi has come out to allege that a gay man was killed in Lagos on Monday February 21.

He recently had his say via his social media page, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, the man was named Dave and he was killed after he allowed a man he trusted to spend the night in his bed.

Bisi added that young gay men in Nigeria are becoming victims of seeking love and companionship in the country regularly.

His words, “Last night, a young gay man was killed in Lagos.

His name was Dave.

He was killed because he allowed a man he trusted spent the night in his bed, in his arms, in his trust, in his love.

Every year, young gay men in Nigeria become a victim of very simple things of life; seeking love and companionship.
