Popular Nigerian rapper Ice Prince has shared how a casual comment from producer Chopstix inspired his 2025 weight loss journey. He recently revealed why breakfast is now off-limits for him while speaking on a recent EchoRoom podcast, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, after Chopstix told him that he needed a new look, it sparked a lifestyle overhaul that led to him eating once a day, drinking ginger tea with garlic and cloves, and cutting out sugar and alcohol.

Ice Prince added that he has been walking the streets of Lagos State for an hour daily ever since.

His words, “In the beginning of 2025, around February, we were talking about my next album. Somewhere along the line, Chopstix said we need to give them the new look, lose the belly, grow the beards and that just sank in like I’ve never heard it before.

Anybody who eats breakfast now, any guy who eats breakfast now is a princess, is a Barbie.”
