Nigerian comedian, Bright Okpocha better known as Basketmouth won the Pan- African comic of the year award at the 2017 Savanna Comic’s Choice Awards held in South Africa. Basketmouth beat other talented African comedians like Carl Joshua Ncube from Zimbabwe, Salvador from Uganda, Fernando from Angola and Masapo from Lesotho to smile home with the prize.
