Dangote Refinery has increased exports of petrol and fertilizer to African countries hit by supply disruptions caused by the Iran war. Aliko Dangote recently revealed that the ​facility has shipped some 17 cargoes of petrol to several African nations, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, Nigerians should rest assured that Dangote Refinery has what it takes to keep supplying petrol amid the war.

He added that even though the company’s focus was not on African nations a few months back, it is now.

His words, “We have the capacity.

What I can do is assure Nigerians … and most of West Africa, ​Central Africa, and East Africa, we have the capacity to supply them.

In ⁠the last couple of days, we’ve been looking to mostly African countries, which we were not doing before.”
