Bishop Oyedepo speaks about the sponsors of killer herdsmen

Bishop David Oyedepo, the Bishop of Living Faith Church (aka Winners Chapel) during his sermon yesterday said the government have not been able to arrest the killer herdsmen in some parts of middle belts because they are agents of the Government.

While speaking at the Church’s Sunday Service titled ‘Covenant Day of Settlement and Thanksgiving’, at Ota, Ogun State, the clergyman stated that it was preposterous for the government to fail in arresting some self-confessed killer herders in Jos, Plateau State.

“Help me ask them how many mosques have been destroyed by these people? You can also ask them how many of those who have destroyed the church has ever been caught? How many of the destroyed churches has government ever added a dime to rebuild?” said Oyedepo.

He also stayed that every leader is a caretaker and God remains the creator and owner of every nation, including Nigeria. He added that only when Nigeria understands that God is in control of everything including land would we have peace.
