Digitalizing Civil Service Will Reduce Cost Of Governance – Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan

The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan has come out to say that the plan for full digitalisation of all processes in Ministries, Departments and Agencies by 2025 will lead to an automatic cut in the cost of governance.

She recently had her say while speaking to the press, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to her, MDAs having been given the opportunity to ensure adequate budgetary allocation in the 2024 budget, will have no excuse to up their game on digitalisation come 2024.

Folashade added that MDAs must ensure uniformity and interoperability of data in order to achieve common set goals.
