I Almost Gave Up On Everything After My 3rd Divorce – Jennifer Lopez

Popular Hollywood actress Jennifer Lopez has admitted that she was about to give up on it all following her 2014 divorce from Marc Anthony. She recently had her say while speaking onstage at her Up All Night Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, and fans have been reacting.

According to her, the months after her split from her third husband were actually a really tough time, but her mentor and late author Louise Hay advised her to keep trying until she gets it right.

JLo added that ever since, no matter what life throws at her, she has learned to keep rising above her challenges.

Her words, “I was really about to give up on it all. I mean, I was a single mom with two 3-year-old twins.

She said to me, ‘Jennifer, you’re a dancer, right?’ I said, ‘Yes, I am.’ And she said, ‘When you’re learning a dance and you get the steps wrong, what do you do?’ I said, ‘I just keep going until I get the steps right.’ And she said, ‘That’s right Jennifer. Always keep dancing.’

And I wish the same for each and every one of you, that no matter what life throws at you, that you dance and you dance and you dance. Again and again and again.”
