Popular singer, Ric Hassani has come out to apologise for his tweets that seemed to put his colleagues down in an attempt to praise Burna Boy’s recent performance.

He recently had her say via her social media page, and Nigerians have been reacting.

He wrote, “I hope everyone has seen Burna’s MSG performance and I hope that becomes the standard.”

“No more nonsenses and mimings and yellings on stage please.”

After receiving a lot of backlash, Ric added, “Okay, I took a moment to catch my breathe. I understand those offended, I apologise. I could have passed the message in a better way. Love, always love.”
