I Didn’t Upload Video Of Lifeless Junior Pope To Chase Clout – Jerry Amilo

Veteran Nollywood actor, Jerry Amilo has come out to apologize for posting a video of the corpse of late movie star, Junior Pope online.

He recently had his say via his social media page, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, he only recorded and shared the video just to let people know that the actor had indeed died because there were still conflicting reports claiming he was alive.

Jerry added that he never uploaded the video to chase clout, and Prince Eke has no idea what he is talking about with such an accusation.

Film-making in Nigeria is divided largely along regional, and marginally ethnic and religious lines. Thus, there are distinct film industries – each seeking to portray the concern of the particular section and ethnicity it represents. However, there is the English-language film industry which is a melting pot for filmmaking and filmmakers from most of the regional industries.
