The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu has officially unveiled former Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima as his running mate.

He recently made the revelation in front of members of the press, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, he can only promise to work with his vice presidential candidate, alongside his team, to change the country for the better.

Tinubu added that his decision regarding the team around him are always guided by principles of competence, innovation, compassion, integrity, fairness and adherence to excellence.

His words, “We will change this country for the better.”

“All my life, my decision regarding the team around me and those I work with are guided by principles of competence, innovation, compassion, integrity, fairness and adherence to excellence.”

“In politics those principles are sacrosants. They are not negotiable. Withouth them, there can be no victory or joy.”
