Nick and Mariah have been allegedly experiencing issues in their marriage but the final straw for Mariah may have come during an interview Nick Cannon did with Big Boy Radio back in March. When asked about the top 5 celebs he has slept with, Nick named Kim Kardashian, which left Mariah feeling humiliated. (And more than likely insecure.. you should never talk about an ex-girlfriend’s sex game while you are married!!! A “no comment” should suffice.)

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon separated back in May and are living apart.. and we’re told divorce lawyers have been negotiating a property settlement and custody agreement for months and the divorce is “a done deal.”

In the interview with Howard Stern, Nick was asked how he was able to wait until marriage to have sex with Mariah, and he responded:
