OJ Simpson’s Trial Divided My Family – Kim Kardashian

Popular reality star, Kim Kardashian has come out to share how the OJ Simpson trial ripped her family apart after her parents took opposite sides throughout his murder case.

She recently had her say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to her, the former football star’s legal battle was a thorn in her family’s flesh back then because of her divorced parents’ opposing views that constantly divided her mum and dad.

Kim added that her dad once pulled her and Kourtney out of school because he wanted them to witness a piece of history, and her mum was not having it.

Her words, “My dad pulled Kourtney and me out of school. I want you girls to witness a piece of history and what a trial is like.”

We walked in and saw my mom sitting on the other side. She said, You’re supposed to be in school. What are you doing here?” Kourtney and I didn’t even look at her.

Kourtney and I were drawn to our dad. We felt like Mom was happily remarried, so we would live with Dad. We didn’t want him to be by himself. That was really tough for our family.”

After their parents divorced in 1991, her mother married again that year, to Caitlyn Jenner, the 1976 Summer Olympics decathlon winner. Through their marriage, Kim Kardashian gained step-brothers Burton “Burt”, Brandon, and Brody; step-sister Casey; and half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
