Tinubu Will Guarantee Nigeria’s Economic Prosperity As President – Olubadan

The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Saliu Adetunji, has come out to endorse the idea of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Leader, Bola Tinubu, vying for the Nigerian Presidency in 2023.

He recently revealed this while receiving members of the Tinubu Vanguard, a support group for Tinubu’s presidency project in Ibadan on Saturday.

According to him, he believes the APC leader will make a good president because he is a good man and incredible politician.

He added that if Tinubu is elected, he sees him propelling Nigeria to the path of economic prosperity and sustainable development.

His words, “Tinubu is a good man and I will do everything within my power to support his candidacy for the 2023 presidential poll.”

Bola Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu (born 29 March 1952), is a Nigerian politician and a national leader of the All Progressives Congress. He had previously served as the Governor of Lagos State from 1999 to 2007.

Tinubu was born on 29 March 1952 in Osun State, Nigeria. His mother, Abibatu Mogaji( iyaloja of Lagos), Secondary school education Unknown

He attended St. John’s Primary School, Aroloya, Lagos and Children’s Home School in Ibadan, South West of Nigeria. Tinubu then went to the United States in 1975, where he studied first at Richard J. Daley College in Chicago, Illinois, and then at Chicago State University. He graduated in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

He is a Muslim. Tinubu is married to Oluremi Tinubu, the current Senator of the Lagos Central Senatorial District. His nephew, Adewale Tinubu is the CEO of Oando Plc. His mother, Chief Abibatu Mogaji, died on 15 June 2014 at the age of 96. On 31 October 2017, his son Jide Tinubu had a heart attack while in London and was later confirmed dead.
