Marriage Is Not A Ticket To Financial Freedom – Didi Ekanem

Nollywood actress, Didi Ekanem has come out to advise young women to financially empower themselves before marriage.

She recently had her say via her social media page, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to her, women should start up a small business if they have to before getting married because marriage is not a ticket to financial freedom.

Didi added that some marriages come with combined efforts financially, so women must be ready to play their own role.

Her words, “Marriage is not a ticket to financial freedom,”

“Start up a business even if na to sell okro and crayfish, sell it and sell it big. No business wey no dey yield profit. Some marriages comes with combined efforts financially…so prepare not to lack on your own part.”
