Jesus Christ Became Poor For Our Sake, We Must Become Rich – Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo

The Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo has come out to declare that while the devil fears prayers, he is not afraid of people who are poor.

He recently had his say while preaching to his congregation, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, he cannot overemphasize the importance of financial success alongside spiritual growth because he remembers a man who went to preach the gospel but was chased away by another man who questioned his appearance.

He added that the man who chased him simply asked, “Has God helped you? Look at the way you look.”

His words, “The devil wants people to stay behind and just be making noise even though Jesus became poor for our sake that through the grace of God we might become rich.”
