The feat, which was announced via Rolling Stone’s official X account, highlighted how the 20-year-old Ohio native transformed a childhood nickname, “Speed,” and channelled his passion for video games into major streaming success.
With over 135 million followers across social media platforms, IShowSpeed has grown from being just a gamer into a successful online entertainer.
With content known for its consistent, nonstop, immersive style, the online sensation streams anything and everything, including casual gameplay, real-life interactions with famous footballers, politicians, and fans.
His content covers music, rap performances, and video shoots, making him a unique entertainer who combines gaming, music, and cultural engagement effectively.
Just last year, IShowSpeed made history by reaching 1 million concurrent viewers on YouTube during a live-streamed tour in Indonesia, the highest recorded for a single individual streamer.
