Popular model Blac Chyna has accused her ex-boyfriend, Twin Hector, of abuse in the presence of her children. She recently had her say in court documents obtained by PEOPLE, and fans have been reacting.

According to her, Hector choked and spat on her in her California home, plus he regularly exhibited physical aggression in the presence of her kids.

Chyna added that he once refused to leave her home in 2023 while she was preparing to travel out of state for work.

It read, “Throughout the relationship, [Hector] engaged in a pattern of abusive, intimidating, and threatening behavior toward.

When Defendant [White] requested that Plaintiff [Hector] leave the residence, an argument ensued as a direct result of Plaintiff’s refusal to comply. During this incident, Plaintiff became hostile and violent toward Defendant, engaging in physical aggression, including choking Defendant, spitting on Defendant, verbally abusing Defendant, and engaging in intimidating conduct.”
