My Medical Condition Increases My Risk Of Miscarriage – Hailey Bieber

Popular model and Rhode founder Hailey Bieber has revealed that she was diagnosed with a scary medical condition ahead of getting pregnant with her son. She recently had her say during an appearance on the SHE MD podcast, and fans have been reacting.

According to her, after getting diagnosed with a septum in her uterus, a doctor advised her to undergo surgery before getting pregnant.

Hailey added that despite initial fears that came with the unexpected pregnancy, the delivery went according to plan.

Her words, “It was a surprise. Yeah. So I had a septum in my uterus, and Dr. A kept saying, ‘Well, we need to look at this and keep an eye on it before you get pregnant because it could potentially be an issue,’ ‘I don’t really know. We’ve got to see. I might have to give you a small surgery for it. Not sure.’

And I was like, ‘Okay. Well, I’m not thinking about getting pregnant right now, so we’ll just cross that bridge when we get there.’ And then I magically got pregnant.

We realized as the baby was growing, the septum it was, you know, expanding. Everything was opening and doing what it needed to do, luckily.

I was convinced I was going to go into labor early because of my mom’s history… but my body had its own plan.”
