Real Madrid coach José Mourinho has urged match officials to protect Vinícius Júnior during matches. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
Stressing that opponents treat Vinícius Júnior differently, José described the rough treatment the Brazilian winger endured against Espanyol as bullying.
Comparing Vini’s situation to how children test boundaries, Mourinho added that opponents will only feel emboldened when early cautions are not issued.
